The work comes from experience,
not a framework.

I've spent years stepping into organizations at inflection points, the moments when growth starts to create more friction than it resolves.

That's taken me from strategy consulting at Kaiser Associates and Booz Allen to the C-suite at SilkRoad Technology, where I led turnarounds in retention, product strategy, and company positioning as Chief Strategy & Product Officer and Chief Experience Officer. The contexts have been different every time. The pattern has been the same: find what's creating drag, build the structure to move past it, and hand ownership back to the team.

I'm the co-author of Successful Onboarding, a best-selling business book on designing employee experiences that retain and engage from day one, work that has since evolved into my broader thinking on everboarding as a continuous leadership practice.
